DLA Piper Senior Counsel Prof Dr Jürgen Taschke appointed President of the Hessian Lawyer's Court again
Prof Dr Jürgen Taschke, Senior Counsel at the international law firm DLA Piper, will remain President of the Hessian Lawyer's Court (Hessischer Anwaltsgerichtshof) for another five years. The expert in white-collar crime was appointed for another term by the Hessian Minister of Justice Prof Dr Roman Poseck at the suggestion of the Frankfurt/Main and Kassel Bar Associations.
Prof Dr Jürgen Taschke is one of the leading German lawyers in the field of corporate criminal law and has represented numerous listed companies in Germany, other European countries and in the USA in criminal investigation proceedings. He has been an honorary professor at Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main since July 2009, and has authored numerous articles in professional publications.
For more than 25 years, Prof Dr Jürgen Taschke has served as an honorary judge at the Hessian Lawyer's Court, from 1996 to 2005 as an associate judge, then as Chairman of the First Senate. In 2013, he was appointed President of the Hessian Lawyer's Court for the first time.
