Advised Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. on a private placement to institutional investors of a US$710 million principal amount of senior secured notes by its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Aela Generación S.A. and a related US$93.1 million letter of credit facility

Advised Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. in the acquisition of the Sarco wind farm (170 megawatts), the Aurora wind farm (129 megawatts) and the Cuel wind farm (33 megawatt) owned by Aela Generación S.A. and Aela Energía SpA, for a total of US$686 million
