Fabiano Gallo is a partner in Campos Mello Advogados in cooperation with DLA Piper and is the Co-Head of both the LatAm corporate area and the Energy & Natural Resources Sector, based in São Paulo.

Fabiano is constantly engaged in complex M&A transactions, and in project development and implementation. With solid experience, he has a practical approach of matters and helps clients with solutions customized to their strategy. 
 
Gallo has also sat as a Board member for both local and multinational companies operating in Brazil, especially in the energy industry. Fabiano’s clientele includes multiple Brazilian and foreign companies from different industries, including industrial goods and services, energy and infrastructure, defense and safety, foods and beverages, telecommunications, and retail.
 
Throughout his career, Gallo has had the opportunity to participate in more than 100 M&A and Joint Ventures operations (both internationally and locally).
 
Fabiano is recognized and a ‘lead lawyer’ by the most prominent legal rankings, including Chambers Global, Chambers Brasil, The Legal 500, IFLR 1000, Leaders League, Best Lawyers and Análise Advocacia.
