- Assisted a large financial institution in drafting and negotiating an outsourcing agreement for the deployment of a cloud-based artificial intelligence platform performing activities such as trading, portfolio management and risk reporting, investments, wealth management, analytics for private portfolios, data collection, monitoring and investment benchmarking.
- Assisted a multinational insurance company on a complex restructuring project to improve the group's technology and IT performances. Advised on IT, outsourcing and regulatory aspects of the deal, including notification requirements to Italian and foreign authorities, the applicability of Golden Power and designation of innovative solutions to guarantee continuous technology updates from the service provider.
- Assisted a large freight transportation company in a complex warehousing, logistics and distribution outsourcing transaction, taking part in the preparation and negotiation of the services agreement envisaging also the transformation and digitization of all logistic, warehousing, and distribution operations.
