EXPERIENCE

  • Advising Rosen Swiss Holding with regards to the sale of a majority stake in global Rosen Group to private markets firm Partners Group. Felix was part of a team that advised on the comprehensive preparation of the transaction at a global level, including an extensive vendor due diligence covering the global operations of Rosen Group in 20 countries, as well as advice on international legal matters and in respect of the acquisition agreement.
  • Advising a global advertising firm on a potential investment into / joint venture with a German media and advertising firm.
  • Advising bpost on the acquisition of 25% of the shares in Active Ants International and Anthill, becoming the sole shareholder.
  • Advising French based private equity firm Keensight Capital on its investment in aconso, a leader in innovation in the field of HR document management systems (HR DMS) and offers cloud-based HR DMS.
  • Advising French based private equity firm Keensight Capital on its investment alongside two co-investors in Bentley Endovascular Group, who develops, manufactures, and markets innovative products for the minimally invasive treatment of vascular afflictions.
