Bunnie represents clients in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, advising clients throughout the acquisition and sale process and assisting private equity funds in the acquisition and disposition of assets or equity positions in portfolio companies.  She advises companies throughout the business life cycle, from structuring and entity formation to general corporate governance, venture capital financings and exit and has significant experience with limited liability companies, including the negotiation of operating agreements and the admission and departures of partners and investors.
