Jason works with both institutional and non-institutional real estate private equity groups, publicly traded and non-publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITS), financing companies, fund managers, sponsors, and developers across the country to achieve their most ambitious goals. Instead of taking a singular approach to problem solving, Jason views each transaction in the context of his client's broader investment objectives and financing strategy, formulating constructive solutions to mitigate and/or eliminate identified risks.

He has successfully advised on, negotiated, and closed billions of dollars of acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, preferred equity arrangements, leasing (including sale-leasebacks) agreements, and development and financing arrangements.
Additionally, he represents both lenders and borrowers in real estate financing transactions, including senior, mezzanine, construction, permanent, portfolio financings, fund financings, and lines of credit.
Jason advises on distressed assets and financings that range from workouts and loan modifications to forbearance agreements and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure.
