About

James Williams provides corporate, regulatory, and strategic counsel to web3 client across various sectors and industries, including blockchain protocols, venture funds, global brands, professional sports teams, entertainers, and governments on complex and innovative deals involving token modeling, financing, licensing, governance and compliance. He has particular experience in stable coins, tokenized yield products, and decentralized finance.

Along with more than 20 years of legal experience, James has a diverse business background. He served as the CEO of a global consumer brand, and an operating partner for a venture capital fund.
