Alexandre Lamoureux

Alexandre Lamoureux practises corporate and commercial law, with a focus on M&A and financing.‎

Alexandre assists clients on a variety of matters including purchase and sale of business transactions, ‎equity and debt financing, incentive plans and corporate governance. He is also routinely asked to assist ‎in due diligence projects and securities matters.‎

During law school, Alexandre worked as a policy officer for Canada’s federal corporate regulator. He also ‎spent a semester abroad at the University of Birmingham, in England, where he studied corporate and ‎taxation law. Alexandre joined the firm in 2019 after completing his articles with the firm.‎
