Krystian Maciaszek has extensive experience in representing and advising clients on issues related to the protection of intellectual property. His practice focuses on brand protection, including the registration of trademarks and combatting unfair competition - mainly on the FMCG and pharmaceutical markets. He also advises clients on the protection of registered and unregistered, industrial designs and copyrights, as well as on the protection of technological solutions in the construction, furniture and clothing industries. Krystian has significant expertise and know-how related to software licensing issues and he also represents clients before common courts, administrative courts, arbitration courts and the EUIPO.
