Emilie Rees is Counsel in the Real Estate team at DLA Piper's Paris office.

Emilie advises French and international clients on real estate law matters, particularly in the context of M&A transactions, private equity investments and complex real estate projects. She regularly assists clients with acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and property-owning companies, as well as matters relating to commercial leases, property management and real estate agreements.

Her recent experience includes advising an international investment fund on the acquisition of a 15-asset portfolio in France, advising a leading global investor on the acquisition of a French property-owning company, as well as advising international investors, developers and operators on the acquisition and development of data centre campuses.

Emilie combines strong real estate and transactional expertise with a pragmatic approach, helping clients identify and manage key real estate risks in strategic acquisitions, M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations.
