  • Advising Brockwell Capital, as the warranty and indemnity insurance underwriter, in respect of their underwrite process related to the sale of a specialist food packaging manufacturer.
  • Advising Unilever on a joint venture between CAVI Brands and Marga, a Unilever group company, whereby Marga effectively invested in 60% of the South African licensed distributor of Dermalogica branded products.
  • Advising nCino, a leading global financial technology company, on the USD75m acquisition of DocFox, a global end-to-end software solution and onboarding service provider for commercial and business banks. The software will be integrated into nCino’s technology stable, to help financial institutions offer a wider range of services to their clients.
  • Advising EOH on its capital raising, comprising a renounceable rights offer made to EOH's qualifying shareholders and specific issue for cash to its BEE shareholder.
