About

Carolina is a lawyer specialized in Administrative Law, Infrastructure and Regulated Sectors, with more than 20 years of experience. She worked as Legal Advisor for the State Secretariat of Economic Development of Minas Gerais, which gave her experience in public-private relations from the perspective of Public Administration.

Carolina's experience in Administrative Law covers a wide range of topics and sectors, demonstrating her deep knowledge and skills in this field. Specifically, Carolina has broad experience in Concessions, authorizations and PPPs (Public-Private Partnerships), assisting clients in structuring and implementing these complex projects. Her work ranges from assistance in the bidding stage to negotiation and drafting of contracts.
 
The partner is well versed in issues related to Regulatory Agencies, Courts of Auditors and Administrative Proceedings, knowing the rules and regulations governing these entities and providing legal advice to ensure proper compliance with their guidelines.

Carolina is renowned for her work in issues related to corruption and administrative improbity, government incentives and compliance in the public sector. Her expertise includes assisting companies in obtaining government benefits, implementing compliance programs, and providing legal advice to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
