Michael Cubell has extensive experience advising private equity and venture capital firms and public and private companies in a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions and financings, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-outs, recapitalizations, venture and growth equity financings, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

In addition to managing complex transactions, Michael also counsels private equity-backed portfolio companies and other public and private companies on a number of legal and business matters, including add-on acquisitions, corporate governance and fiduciary duties, securities law compliance, equity compensation and general corporate matters.
