- Represented a medical device manufacturer in asserting and defending patent infringement claims related to transcatheter heart valves, resulting in a favorable jury verdict of US$35.4 million
- Represented an electronics manufacturer in defending patent infringement claims related to voice recognition, resulting in a favorable settlement for the client
