Omar Halbouni

Omar advises both private and public clients in the areas of cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, capital markets, securities, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. Omar has experience in various industries, including energy, oil and gas, health care, technology, startups, agriculture, mining and exploration, manufacturing, automotive, real estate, and construction.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Omar practiced at a national full-service firm and is called to the bar in both Alberta and Ontario.
