Ryan O’Connor represents employers across multiple industries and jurisdictions in connection with a variety of labor and employment law matters, including the defense of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. He has experience litigating both single plaintiff and class action disputes in numerous state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.
He also regularly advises domestic and international clients on internal U.S. employment matters, including employment contracts and separation agreements, employer policies and handbooks, and wage and hour compliance.
