The last few years has seen the dawn of the era of disruption. - Maurice Burke, DLA Piper Singapore, will address the Recent Trends in Cross-Border Investigations and Disputes
- Richard Edwards, DLA Piper Australia, will speak on Strategies for Managing Complex Cross-Border Disputes – the relationship between international arbitration and domestic court proceedings.
- Tony Andriotis, DLA Piper Japan, will present on A Multinational Approach to Evidence, Witnesses and Privilege: Using the Common/Civil Law Divide Advantageously in Cross-Border Disputes and Investigations
- Yukari Nakajima, FTI Consulting, will speak on Digital Forensics and eDiscovery in Cross-border investigations
