Ema Burgar advises lenders, borrowers, sponsors and investors on financing transactions and infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, including energy and transport. She has experience assisting on project finance, public-private partnerships and restructuring matters, frequently in a cross-border setting. 

She regularly advises numerous international clients on a range of corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, international corporate reorganizations and restructurings, with a special focus on proceedings and transactions in Slovenia. She also provides advice to clients on Slovenian regulatory and compliance matters.
