Danielle Igbokwe focuses her practice on a broad range of business and commercial litigation matters, with experience spanning product liability, class action, healthcare, insurance, employment, and environmental cases.

Her proficiency in dissecting intricate legal issues and constructing compelling arguments was developed at the University of Washington School of Law. There, she excelled in national trial and moot court competitions, even winning awards as a finalist.   • Representing clients in employment-related cases in state and federal court involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and related Washington-state employment laws

  • Representing clients in class action cases before state and federal courts
  • Representing clients in landlord/tenant cases before state courts
  • Representing clients in slip and fall cases before Washington state courts

Pro Bono

Danielle focuses her pro bono activities on a range of matters. She has assisted with the immigration clinic at the University of Washington, the Northwest Justice Project, the Innocence Project, among others. In her zeal for pro bono work, she has helped clients get both reasonable accommodations and asylum.
