Brian has more than 25 years of experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and institutional investment funds. He advises clients throughout the investment cycle on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, complex carveouts, dispositions, recapitalizations, and reorganizations. He has broad experience across a range of industries, including consumer products, industrials, business services, telecommunications and digital infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, transportation, and technology. Brian works closely with sponsors and their portfolio companies on investments, growth initiatives, day-to-day operational matters, and liquidity events.
