Luther Mourinet

Luther practises civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on contractual and commercial disputes, class actions, and real estate matters. His work includes legal research and analysis in complex files, drafting pleadings and opinions, and assisting in strategic representations before courts and tribunals.

He is recognized for his disciplined, client-focused approach, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. Luther approaches complex disputes with a solution-oriented mindset, developing practical and precise strategies aligned with clients’ objectives.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Luther articled at a national law firm and completed a legal secondment with a major financial institution, where he gained experience in civil and commercial disputes as well as employment law. During his legal studies at McGill University, he distinguished himself in advocacy competitions, earning awards for excellence in written and oral advocacy. Luther is a member of the Barreau du Québec.
