As the California MCLE deadline quickly approaches, we were pleased to offer a full day of CLE programming to help our clients and alumni stay current with developments in the law and satisfy CLE requirements.

Our program featured a diverse array of panelists and presenters from around the U.S covering the following topics:

  • Recent developments in substantive areas such as restructuring and corporate defaults, SEC regulations, liquidity transactions, and employment law
  • Ethical applications of generative artificial intelligence
  • Eliminating Bias, a thought-provoking session led by Kenji Yoshino, the Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law at New York University School of Law and the faculty director of the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
  • Competence (Substance Abuse), an inspiring session led by Mary Beth O’Connor, author of From Junkie to Judge: One Woman's Triumph Over Trauma and Addiction

Panelists and topics are listed below, along with a link to the full agenda and schedule.

Attorneys with last names beginning with H-M must report their MCLE compliance by January 31, 2024. Our team will process the MCLE paperwork in a timely manner so you receive an online certificate from the system.
