Edgar Romo is a Finance partner based in Mexico City with more than 20 years of experience advising financial institutions, private equity funds, and corporate borrowers on cross-border financing transactions, structured finance, project financings, securities offerings, and debt restructurings. He also counsels clients on joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and corporate governance matters. Edgar serves as co-leader of the Latin America Finance Practice Group and Co-Managing Partner of the Mexico City Office.
