Private equity fund advisers and large hedge fund advisers take note: Here are the compliance dates for Form PF reporting
Compliance dates have been set for the SEC’s recent amendments to Form PF.
The new current reporting requirements for large hedge fund advisers and new quarterly reporting requirements for private equity advisers are effective December 11, 2023. The amendments to existing reporting requirements become effective June 11, 2024.
