DLA Piper appoints residential investment specialist to London Real Estate team

DLA Piper is further strengthening its international Real Estate team with the appointment of Andrew Yates to its London office. He joins from BCLP, where he has been a partner since 2008.

Andrew is a market recognised specialist in the residential investment, a growing asset class in the sector, both domestically and internationally. He has particular expertise in regeneration and the development/finance aspects of residential and mixed use projects. He is also an influential member of a number of organisations active in this area, including the British Property Federation’s Build to Rent London committee.
