DLA Piper law firm advised GetInData in connection with its acquisition by Xebia Group. The partnership with Xebia provides GetinData with the opportunity to accelerate its ongoing strategic activities and bring unique value to all companies interested in increasing the role of data, analytics and ML/AI in their business.

GetinData is a team of more than 120 experienced data engineers and consultants, through which the company provides services and solutions such as Machine Learning Platforms, Real-time Analytics, Cloud Migrations, Data Science and AI. Its clients include digital natives like Spotify, Truecaller, Acast, as well as enterprises such as ING Bank and telecoms Play and Kcell.

Xebia Group is a leader in digital transformation, operating on a global scale with offices in the United States, India, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Dubai, the United Kingdom, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia and Colombia. The group is owned by Dutch independent private equity fund Waterland, which supports entrepreneurs in their development plans.
