DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes associate Kaleigh Nevin to the firm’s Vancouver office in the Securities group.‎

With a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions, corporate finance, corporate governance and commercial matters, Kaleigh advises private and public companies in technology, life sciences, entertainment, ‎telecom, retail, financial services, renewable energy, and natural resources sectors.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Kaleigh worked for a Vancouver based corporate and securities firm.
