Franziska Golombek LL.M.

Franziska Golombek advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law and represents her clients both in court and out of court. She has extensive experience in advising companies on complex employment law matters, particularly those involving cross-border elements and international projects.

In her day-to-day advice, Franziska advises companies on various employment law matters (e.g., on personnel measures such as dismissals, collective remuneration models and advice on co-determination rights under works constitution law). She is also regularly consulted on the employment law aspects of international M&A transactions from both the buyer’s and seller’s perspective.

Franziska is also involved in DLA Piper’s pro bono work.
