  • Representing a leading automotive manufacturer in a DIS arbitration against a US-based automotive supplier in connection with the termination of a supply contract, amount in dispute > EUR900m.
  • Advising a photovoltaic company in an ICC arbitration against a supplier in connection with the termination of long-term supply contracts for solar wafers and photovoltaic modules.
  • Advising an international energy supply group in defending a price adjustment and nullity action under a long-term gas supply contract.
  • Representing a leading German bank in a major dispute with former board members in connection with so-called "cum/ex" transactions.
