  • Regularly representing UniCredit Leasing CZ a.s. in insolvency proceedings. This includes representing the clients at creditors' committees, creditors' meetings, incidental disputes and inter-creditor disputes. Notable mandates include LESS LESS & FOREST and VITKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING.
  • Regularly representing ŠkoFIN s.r.o. in insolvency proceedings related to debt recovery concerning the receivables from retail and/or corporate financing of vehicles (credit, finance lease and operating lease). This includes representing the clients at creditors' committees, creditors' meetings, incidental disputes and inter-creditor disputes. Notable mandates include Starlife, PSJ Inc. and Archer Sheridan, Ltd.
  • Regularly representing UniCredit Leasing CZ in corporate debt recovery litigations concerning the receivables from retail and/or corporate financing of vehicles, machinery and technological units (credit, finance lease and operating lease). This includes representation before all types of civil courts of all instances (including preliminary injunction proceedings, first instance and appeal proceedings, proceedings on extraordinary appeals and enforcement proceedings) and in criminal proceedings.
