EXPERIENCE

  • Tax advice on the acquisition as well as on the post-closing restructuring of the German sub-group after completion of the acquisition of the Dept Agency Group.
  • Advising the A3 Nordbayern consortium with the shareholders Eiffage S.A. and JOHANN BUNTE Bauunternehmung GmbH & Co. KG on the financing of the largest PPP project in the motorway sector in Germany to date.
