• Advising Qatar Sports Investments on the structuring and implementation of strategic partnerships and investments relating to Paris Saint-Germain Football (PSG), including in particular (i) Kevin Durant’s acquisition of a stake in the club and (ii) Arctos Partners’ minority investment.
• Advised Seven2, a leading European private equity firm, on the tax structuring of a €400 million continuation fund designed to support its portfolio companies Marlink and Crystal.
• Advised White Summit Capital on its €150 million equity and debt investment in Powesco, a French provider of energy efficiency solutions as a service (ESCO).
• Advised Circana (IRI), following the acquisition of the NPD Group, on the coordination, structuring and reorganisation of the two groups across nine jurisdictions (US, Canada, Australia, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the UK and the Netherlands).
• Advised Ardian on its fund dedicated to the semiconductor sector, with a target size of €1 billion.
• Advised Eurazeo (Nov Santé) on its acquisition of a stake in Proteor.
