With more than 20 years of experience, Ana Paula Chagas focuses her practice on strategic and preventative action related to sustainability and compliance practices, risk mitigation and crisis management.
She represents Brazilian and international companies in the energy, renewables, oil and gas, healthcare, real estate, agribusiness, infrastructure, chemicals and mining industries, among others.
Ana Paula advises on a wide range of environmental issues including environmental licensing, protected areas, climate change, sustainability, ESG, contaminated site management, biodiversity, environmental offsets and waste management.
She has presented at numerous international conferences, including the Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
