John Kittle is the head of the Leeds team and has been so for in excess of 20 years. John is also the location head of the real estate team in Leeds.

John is a deeply experienced real estate litigation lawyer having vast experience in this area for his whole career of nearly 30 years. John acts for many clients with significant portfolios of property often in excess of a 1000 properties. His experience covers a wide range of issues including commercial landlord and tenant issues, dilapidations claims, service charge and rent review disputes, lease termination disputes, forfeiture and general property disputes. John has a particular specialism in dilapidations claims and the valuation issues arising out of such claims.
