James has experience advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), private equity transactions and warranty & indemnity insurance matters. James acts for both vendors and purchasers on mergers and acquisitions, and for insurers on warranty and indemnity insurance matters.

James completed a secondment to the in-house legal team of AIG from March to August 2024.

  • Three Hills on its investment in Operam Education Group.
