Erik Negretto

Erik Negretto is a Legal Director in the Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance team within the Finance, Projects & Restructuring department and is based in the Milan office. 

He gained a significant and solid experience in the structured finance and debt capital markets sectors, with particular focus both on public and private  securitisation transactions backed by various types of receivables (including CQS, consumer loans, auto loans, trade receivables, residential and commercial mortgages, UTPs and NPLs) as well as real estate assets and registered movable assets securitisation, SPV direct lending transactions and SPV financing transactions through the use of the segregated estate (patrimonio destinato). 

Erik has expertise also in (i) assisting domestic and international banks (and related arrangers) in the establishment and updates of covered bond programmes and stand-alone issuance of capital instruments (including senior-preferred notes, senior-non preferred notes, subordinated Tier 2 bonds and loans) and (ii) assisting Italian and international companies (including insurance companies) and related arrangers, in (listed and non-listed) corporate bonds issuances (including mini-bonds).

He generally advises major domestic and international banks, financial institutions, investment funds and corporates acting as arrangers, lead managers, originators and issuers.
