About

Richard Hughes is a leveraged finance lawyer and his practice focuses on all areas of leveraged finance, including private equity-backed leveraged buyouts, management buyouts and buy-ins, corporate M&A and recapitalisations, acquisitions, real estate finance.  He also has substantial experience in the venture debt and growth capital markets.

He advises private equity firms, portfolio and other companies and lenders across various sectors included financial institutions, technology, life sciences and healthcare.
