EXPERIENCE

Advising Revetas, a vertically integrated Pan European real estate investment advisor and manager, on the sale of the Trinity One office complex in Warsaw, comprising ca 19,820 sqm of modern office space and the largest parking facility in the area.
Advising Revetas on the sale of a permitted residential development project in Kraków, including plots of land with an area of c. 10,300 sqm, to Henniger Investment S.A., a well-established Polish investment firm.
Advising the client, a major Polish investment fund, on a development project concerning a c. 39,000 sqm logistics centre in Lędziny with a European logistics real estate developer and operator.
Advising Panattoni, a leading international developer of warehouse and production facilities, on the sale of Wrocław Campus, a logistic park with the area of 185,000 sqm to P3 Logisitic Parks. This was one of the largest transactions in the logistics sector in the two preceding years.
Advising Panattoni on a project related to the development of a modern sorting plant for Poczta Polska S.A. in Radzymin.
Advising Panattoni on the project to build City Logistics Warsaw VI, a logistic park with the area of 17,615 sqm, and cost of EUR 8.5 million.
Advising Panattoni on the project related to the construction of Fortaco Group's third plant in Poland located in Knurów (southern Poland) with the planned area of 34,000 sqm.
Advising Panattoni on the negotiation of numerous agreements with various international investors for the joint-venture projects and the management of a development process concerning built-to-suit and multi-let warehouse facilities in a number of locations in Poland, including Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Bydgoszcz, Kielce, Tychy, Bielsko-Biała, Szczecin, Zielona Góra, Poznań, Ruda Śląska and Skawina.
Advising Panattoni on the drafting and negotiating of lease agreements for warehouse, production and logistic space in a number of facilities in Poland, including built-to-suit developments.
Advising Panattoni on due diligence and acquisition of real properties for numerous investment projects.
