Mario is a corporate and litigation lawyer who advises international and national clients. Mario’s practice focuses on corporate law, commercial relationships, M&A as well as litigation. He is experienced also in providing legal services in the fields of arbitration, public procurement, collective dismissals, employment and data protection.

Advising an European leader in temperature-controlled logistics and transport services based in France in acquisition of the local entity providing transport services and parking solutions.
Providing comprehensive consultancy to a global leader in digital products, technology and hazard games in relation to the regulatory and contractual aspects of the public procurement procedure which led to the winning of tender and entering into the contract with a contracting authority.
Assisting a local subsidiary of the global leading AI software company on mass redundancy procedure, including fulfilling several information and notification obligations towards the affected employees and local authorities, with subsequent successful representation of the entity during the labour inspection completed with zero identified non-compliances.
Advising an online media company providing worldwide products on acquisition of the local provider of marketing services concerning the online casinos games.
Assisting a global provider of ACMI and other aircraft-related services operating on six continents in connection with the contemplated acquisition of Aeroline Group, consisting of the Czech airline and its subsidiaries located also in Slovakia.
Advising an insurance company in relation to the provision of the insurance policy covering the purchase of a local food manufacturing company.

Advising a privately held global industrial company operating in over 80 countries with over 15,000 employees on internal restructuring processes of the group, in particular on intra-group share transfers in the Slovak subsidiaries.
Providing an US-based electronic commerce and payment solutions-company, with a comprehensive employment law overview. The scope included legal advice on several issues arising from employment relationships, including post-termination restrictions about joining for direct competitors, non-solicitation of employees, non-solicitation of customers, and confidentiality of information.
Advising an international provider of waste solutions on legal issues regarding the possibilities for the termination of employment relationship.
Providing an international manufacturer of building protection and construction chemistry products with general corporate advice, including preparation of comprehensive legal memorandum in respect of termination of employment contract as well as legal issues regarding recall of the managing director of its Slovakian branch.

Assisting a Polish manufacturing entity on a dispute with a Slovak cellulose supplier. We prepared a tailored strategy for conducting the dispute which ultimately allowed the client to enter into a settlement agreement.
Advising the respective Hungarian Authority on an extensive overview of EU and local media laws and regulations, which involved providing an overview of the Slovak legal framework on various matters related to media law.
