DLA Piper Canada advised Draganfly on US$13.75 million public offering

Draganfly Inc. (“Draganfly”) (NASDAQ: DPRO) (CSE: DPRO), a drone solutions and systems developer, has completed a US$13.75 million public offering on the Nasdaq. ‎DLA Piper Canada acted as legal advisors to Draganfly in connection with the public offering‎. 

Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole placement agent for the offering, closed on June 12, 2025. Draganfly is the creator of quality, cutting-edge drone solutions, software, and AI systems that revolutionize how organizations can do business and service their stakeholders.
