DLA Piper advises FONAR Corporation on completed going-private merger

DLA Piper advised FONAR Corporation (FONAR), a medical imaging company, on its completed going-private merger with FONAR Acquisition Sub, Inc., effective June 3, 2026. As a result of the transaction, FONAR became a wholly owned subsidiary of FONAR, LLC.
