  • Advised a leading US infrastructure fund on the tax structuring of their Luxembourg platform, providing assistance on tax structuring, refinancing operations and coordination across several asset jurisdictions.
  • Advised several real estate investment firms on the tax structuring of cross-border investments into Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America, including portfolios in hospitality, industrial & logistics, infrastructure, and residential sectors.
