Michaela Dennis maintains a general practice in employment and labour law.
Michaela assists clients with a wide range of workplace issues, including wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, employment standards, harassment and discrimination, human rights, workplace policy and procedure, collective bargaining and responding to union organizing. Michaela has assisted senior counsel at all stages of the litigation and dispute resolution process.
Prior to and while pursuing her J.D., Michaela volunteered with and worked for the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly, a legal clinic for low-income seniors.
