- Representing a Trustee in Bankruptcy in the case of Warwick v Yarwood  EWHC 2272 (Ch) which considered the interaction between Section 284 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and financial orders within matrimonial proceedings to which the bankrupt was a party.
- Hellard v Chadwick  EWHC 2158 (Ch) which considered whether or not an officeholder’s claim pursuant to Sections 339 and 340 of the Insolvency Act 1986 constitutes a provable debt within insolvency proceedings.
- Thomas and another v D’Eye and other  All ER (D) 66 which considered the appropriate remedy where there had been a void disposition of a bankrupt’s assets pursuant to Section 284 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
