Matt Larson is a compliance and regulatory attorney in the Federal Law & Policy group. As part of his practice, Matt advises a diverse range of clients on compliance issues relating to economic sanctions, internal investigations, filings before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, energy, and the environment. He also has experience with helping clients conduct and prepare for U.S. Congressional, Executive, and agency outreach. Matt regularly helps clients navigate new laws, regulations and policies, including through preparing regulatory filings and memoranda.
Matt earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Georgetown chapter of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Matt interned at the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil and Civil Rights Divisions.
