Michael Mason

Michael Mason is an experienced corporate lawyer representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with a concentration on the healthcare and veterinary industries. He has extensive experience in both law firm and in-house settings providing him with a perspective on practical implications that his clients find invaluable. Michael’s ability to answer the day-to-day questions that sponsors and portfolio companies encounter as they grow to scale is informed by prior experience that few others possess. 

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Michael served as general counsel for Pinnacle Dermatology and Blue River PetCare and was an attorney at the law firms of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Honigman LLP.
