She advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and general corporate counselling. Pam's clients include private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other private companies across an array of industries, with an emphasis on the technology sector, from software providers and distributors to managed IT services.
