Lotte McGuire

Lotte McGuire is a solicitor in the construction and engineering team where she advises clients on non-contentious construction matters.

Lotte's practice has a particular focus on development projects and includes the drafting, negotiating and finalising of construction documentation for large scale PBSA, build to rent, regeneration, fit out schemes and asset management clients. Lotte is also involved in undertaking due diligence for funding arrangements and corporate and real estate sales and acquisitions alongside providing construction input into finance agreements, forward purchaser agreements and agreements for lease.

Lotte has experience advising on standard form contracts including JCT, bespoke forms of appointments and various ancillary documentation.

Lotte's background in the retail sector and her time on secondment within the hospitality and leisure industry allows her to provide construction law advice to various retail and hospitality clients with a commercial focus and deeper understanding of the industry in which they operate.
