EXPERIENCE

Sarah's relevant experience includes advising:

  • Expon Capital, a Luxembourg-based venture capital firm being a registered alternative investment fund manager and benefitting from the EuVECA label on the structuring and establishment of a new sub-fund under the multi-compartment structure Digital Tech Fund SCA SICAR.
  • mojo.capital and the underlying investor of Mojo Digital One Co-Invest Four, a co-investment vehicle established by mojo.capital, to enable the underlying investor exiting the co-investment vehicle while retaining its own exposure to the asset.
  • A professional services firm, in connection with sensitive Luxembourg law issues arising in the context of the liquidation of a limited partnership and the enforcement and execution of term sheet arrangements relating to its underlying New York real estate investment structure.
  • A European infrastructure investment manager on the structuring and implementation of a complex refinancing and bridging solution between two affiliated investment funds.
  • A leading institutional investor in the global energy sector on the structuring, establishment and launching of an orphan fund in the form of a Luxembourg special limited partnership investing in the global energy and infrastructure sectors resulting from a restructuring of an offshore vehicle.
  • A Swiss investment management firm, by conducting several analyses to evaluate the eligibility of potential target investments in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2015/760 on European Long-Term Investment Funds (ELTIF Regulation) for potential investment by a Luxembourg multi-compartment reserved alternative investment funds.
